For you company or for you and your friends
Our Outdoor Adventure Programmes consists of selection of following sessions fitted into a daily schedule. The programme can be from a day to 5 days long and run at any suitable location for 3E and the school. This programme is hassle free for teachers and enjoyable learning experience for students. We will organise everything including accommodation, food, activities and supervision.
All of our activities can be specially catered & meet the needs of each group.
Depending on age,
An adventurous activity that allows people of all ability levels will have the chance to push themselves outside their comfort zones and try to ‘reach the top.’ We encourage students to set their own goals, provide a supportive atmosphere in which they can challenge themselves and encourage their peers. Older groups will have the chance to learn belay skills and build trust through belaying each other under the close supervision of 3E staff.
Survival Skills "Into The Wild"
A very hands on activity with practical and theoretical teaching practices. Activities may include building shelters out of natural materials or with tarps and hammocks. Different methods of starting fires and cooking over it. Learning how in human history we have used natural materials in order to adapt and live. An important lesson jam packed full of vital skills lost by many.
Navigation and orienteering are important skills to learn even now in the 21st century. To understand which direction we are going, we have to know how to find out where we are. We create our own orienteering courses that are differentiated for students with different abilities to complete within the given time. Certain activities within the orienteering program can be completed in a team to help foster a healthy group dynamic or individually for students to push themselves.
Canoeing, Kayaking & Rafting
Either on fast or slow flowing rivers or on a flat lake we offer Canoeing. With two people in a boat we teach skills for the water, co-operation and teamwork. Working in tandem to control and manoeuvre the vessel. On gentler flowing water or flat we offer kayaking to suit all abilities and ages. We are also qualified white-water instructors for all rivers & man-made channels in Czech Republic. We believe it is one of the best ways to view nature, whilst paddling through it.

We partner with a professional whitewater rafting company to navigate and tackle the fast flowing rapids on the Vltava or Otava River which are in close vicinity to the centre. With 4/8 students to a raft and a fully qualified instructor the experience will be one they surely won’t forget.
During this activity we travel to a well renowned high ropes course and give students the opportunity to challenge themselves on a number of elements set high above the ground. Staff and counselors are ever vigilant around the course to ensure students feel supported and are able to navigate safely through the course.
This dynamic team building activity takes place on the shores of lakes or ponds. It requires groups to work together to build a raft which will keep their team afloat. Students can be as ambitious as they want given the time and materials provided for them and are often quite eager to test our their creations against one another. Leaders supervise students during this activity and help facilitate the entire process while being careful to let the students take risks, learn from their mistakes and move forward as a group.
DofE & Camping Expeditions or Training.
At 3E, we believe the residential outdoor education experience is ripe with opportunities for team building and community development. That is why each counselor reflects with his or her group each evening and why specialists structure their activities to build on this theme throughout the week. Upon arrival, we feel the most effective use of time in the afternoon is a full session of different activities that begin this process and sets up each group for a successful and positive week to communicate, collaborate and grow together. We consistently seek out new, dynamic activities so that every 3E experience is unique to the clients we serve.
Snowshoeing is another activity available to your group in the right weather and is just one more way of getting out into the winter landscape. There is nothing quite like being out in the quiet after a deluge of fresh snow and snowshoeing provides us the chance to get out without much hassle and avoiding sinking into the deep powder.
CROSS COUNTRY SKIING
In the winter months, snowbirds flock to the area to take advantage of some of the best cross country skiing in the region. The winter won’t stop us from offering programs and cross country skiing is a great way to glide through the nature. Our instructors work with students from all ability levels and structure the session so students can have fun and improve their abilities and gain a new skill for exploring the outdoors.
